It’s back to school time for the associations of Strasbourg! Once again this year, AMSED was present at the Village des Associations on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September at the Citadelle Park. Organized since 1994 by the Maison des associations de Strasbourg with the support of the City, the start of the new school year for associations is THE unmissable event in local community life.
A high point, over a weekend, more than 200 associative structures met to meet the people of Strasbourg, to exchange and share around the life of associations and local citizens, with a new formula for this 2020 edition, which takes into account the health and safety constraints in force.
As every year, the volunteers and members of AMSED held a stand to present all the actions of the association and testify their own experiences. On the program :
- Presentation of the mobilities proposed by AMSED: Erasmus + trainings, European Voluntary Services, international solidarity workcamps, despite the international health context, we continue to promote these mobilities, and hope for a recovery at the international level by 2021.
- Presentation of the services offered by the insertion pole: job sponsorship, digital workshops and public writer’s permanence.
- Presentation of youth projects: online citizen journalism in the framework of the “La Fabrique de l’e-citoyenneté” project and support for the creation of projects aimed at improving the city of Strasbourg through the “Vision Jeunesse” project.
