LOCALISATION AND INFORMATION ABOUT ASSOCIATION 

The “Help Kodana” project aims to respond to the most urgent need: to offer school classrooms to students by rebuilding a building. Then, as and when, the goal is to restore a library worthy of the name and buy back teaching materials: the whole was lost during the earthquake. The construction is taking place in Kodona and Bachtapur. Two projects proposed to build different schools destroyed by the earthquake in Nepal.


PROJECT

The two projects in Nepal, one in Kodana and the other in Bhaktapur, aim to address the most urgent need: to provide classrooms to students by rebuilding a building. Subsequently, the goal is also to restore a library worthy of the name and buy back teaching materials; the totality was lost during the earthquakes of 2015. But also hold animations and activities of artistic awakening for the children of these schools aged 5 to 14 years.

MISSIONS AND TYPES OF ACTIVITIES

• Construction works: renovation of a primary school and a library.
• Animations and activities of artistic awakening: implementation of animations with the children of the village associative aged from 5 to 14 years.

Profile of volunteers: Young volunteers, French or foreign, motivated by international solidarity, civic engagement and interculturality.
