4th edition of the World Forum for Democracy was held in Strasbourg from 16 to 21 November 2015. The theme of 2015 “Freedom vs control: for a democratic response” discussed the relationship between the maintenance and extension of freedom controls in all sorts. In addition to the official program, the events open to the grand public were also held in Strasbourg.
