MIGRANTECH – Survey on the key, transversal and digital competences most relevant for the access of migrants and refugees to employment

In the framework of the Erasmus+ project MIGRANTECH, AMSED and its partners from Belgium (Familles du Monde), Portugal (Factor Social) and Turkey (Anatolia Youth Association) have conducted a survey to identify the competences most required and sought by employers of migrants (newcomers) and refugees with a status allowing them to work. The objective of the project is to foster the employability of migrants and refugees by creating an e-learning MOOC platform composed of 40 modules directly related to the essential skills identified through the survey.

The results of this survey are now available in a transnational report, detailing the analysis of the data, as well as in an e-booklet summarizing the main trends obtained.
