The lack of time, especially due to the urgency of working to ensure their economic stability, was one of the main causes identified as a contributing factor. Other identified barriers were the lack of information for training opportunities, language barriers, and the absence of of available training schemes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The aforementioned lack of training leads to a vicious cycle where the absence of training reduces the chances for economic stability and enhances the need to work longer and under difficult conditions, which in turn reduces the possibility for training that would help escape this cycle.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/network.amsed.fr\/ieume-lacces-a-la-formation-reste-un-probleme-pour-les-migrants\/ieume-press-release\/#main\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-4830\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4830\" src=\"https:\/\/network.amsed.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/ieume-press-release-234x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"234\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/network.amsed.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/ieume-press-release-234x300.png 234w, https:\/\/network.amsed.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/ieume-press-release.png 322w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 234px) 100vw, 234px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This study is described in a free e-book, available at <a href=\"about:blank\">https:\/\/www.ieume.com\/about<\/a>, which also includes a review of training opportunities for migrants and brief national reports on integration policies for each of the participant countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This work is the result of the first stage of the project IEUME, funded by the Erasmus + fund, which aims to promote the integration of people of migrant origin through online training on issues pertinent to the European Union.
