Le s\u00e9minaire international \u00ab Agir ensemble pour l\u2019inclusion socio-professionnelle des migrants et r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s \u00bb, a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 par l\u2019association AMSED, du 13 au 21 juillet 2018 \u00e0 Strasbourg. Financ\u00e9 par le programme Europ\u00e9en Erasmus + et soutenu par la Ville de Strasbourg, ce s\u00e9minaire a pu r\u00e9unir 48 citoyens europ\u00e9ens et originaires des pays M\u00e9da rassemblant 15 nationalit\u00e9s pendant 10 jours \u00e0 Strasbourg.<\/em><\/p>\n

Les participants ont pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des \u00e9changes tr\u00e8s enrichissants sur les programmes et les bonnes pratiques mises en place par le syst\u00e8me fran\u00e7ais et Europ\u00e9en gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation de Mme Nawel Rafik-Elmrini, adjointe au Maire de Strasbourg en charge des relations internationales et europ\u00e9ennes et celles des autres pays participants au projet.<\/em><\/p>\n

De plus, il est important de souligner la qualit\u00e9 des intervenants et des experts locaux qui sont venus t\u00e9moigner au sujet de l\u2019inclusion sociale et professionnelle de leur accompagnement et suivi des nouveaux arrivants \u00e0 Strasbourg et dans la r\u00e9gion Grand Est. Des repr\u00e9sentants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile (Pierre Champenois, b\u00e9n\u00e9vole pour Caritas Alsace et Amina Bouchra \u2013 directrice adjointe de l\u2019association Horizon Amiti\u00e9), des autorit\u00e9s publiques (Mme Nawel Rafik-Elmrini, adjointe au Maire de Strasbourg en charge des relations europ\u00e9ennes et internationales et son adjoint charg\u00e9e d\u2019Europe \u2013 Cl\u00e9ment Dolisi), des structures sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s (Rachida Douair, experte P\u00f4le Emploi et militante associative) ainsi que tous les \u00e9changes formels et informels avec des invit\u00e9s et partenaires de l\u2019AMSED ont pu enrichir les jeunes d\u2019exemples concrets de collaboration intersectorielle pour l\u2019accompagnement des migrants et r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s.<\/em><\/p>\n

En outre, \u00e0 la suite du s\u00e9minaire, 8 id\u00e9es de projets sont n\u00e9es et des partenariats concrets se sont soud\u00e9s. Une mallette p\u00e9dagogique sous forme de parcours d\u2019accompagnement socio-\u00e9ducatif et professionnel des migrants et r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9. Ainsi les participants rentreront chez eux non seulement avec des actions concr\u00e8tes et des connaissances tr\u00e8s techniques par rapport aux sujets trait\u00e9s mais aussi avec de nouveaux outils qu\u2019ils pourront utiliser dans leur travail de jeunesse et diss\u00e9miner dans leurs r\u00e9seaux locaux, r\u00e9gionaux et nationaux.<\/em><\/p>\n

Learning outcomes of the Erasmus+ Seminar \u201cActing together for the socio-professional inclusion of migrants and refugees\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Last week three youth workers from \u00abAspire to change\u00bb Association took part in the \u201cActing together for the socio-professional inclusion of migrants and refugees\u201d Seminar, financed by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ Programme and supported by the city municipality. The seminar took place in Strasbourg, France, between the 13th<\/sup> \u2013 22nd<\/sup> of July 2018. Participants included youth workers, association leaders and active volunteers from 14 different countries: France, Spain, Turkey, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Italy, Germany, Austria, Tunisia, and Morocco.<\/em><\/p>\n

The topic of the seminar was the inclusion of migrants and refugees on the labour market. The methods for achieving this objective were presentations on the subject of employability of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers, interactive workshops, field trips and visits, brainstorming and recommendations, role play and forum theatre.<\/em><\/p>\n

We as participants gained the skills, attitudes and aptitudes needed to understand and act in favor of the socio-educational and professional inclusion of refugees and migrants, got a better view of the situation and problems related to the above mentioned topic, as well as educated ourselves on how to increase the employability of young refugees in the EU while fighting against discrimination in the field of work and creating better job opportunities.<\/em><\/p>\n

With the other participants, we exchanged good practices already available as well as future recommendations on the matter, therefore we have learned about new tools that would facilitate the inclusion of migrants and refugees on the labor market. In addition, it will be a benefit to the youth workers of the participant organizations at a local and European level.<\/em><\/p>\n

Gemeinsames Handeln f\u00fcr die sozio-professionelle Inklusion von MigrantInnen und Gefl\u00fcchteten <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Das Seminar \u201eActing together for the socio-professional inclusion of migrants and refugees\u201c, durch Erasmus+ finanziert, wurde von der Organisation AMSED (Association Migration, Solidarit\u00e9 et \u00c9changes pour le D\u00e9veloppement) durchgef\u00fchrt und von der Stadt Stra\u00dfburg gef\u00f6rdert.<\/em><\/p>\n

Das genannte Projekt fand zwischen dem 13. und 22. Juli 2018 in der els\u00e4ssischen Hauptstadt mit 48 TeilnehmerInnen, bestehend aus JugendarbeiterInnen, ProjektkoordinatorInnen, OrganisationsleiterInnen und aktiven Freiwilligen aus den folgenden 14 L\u00e4ndern, statt: Frankreich, Spanien, T\u00fcrkei, Ungarn, Rum\u00e4nien, Ukraine, Bulgarien, Zypern, Estland, Italien, Deutschland, \u00d6sterreich, Tunesien und Marokko.<\/em><\/p>\n

Die Ziele des Seminars lagen darin, den TeilnehmerInnen entsprechende Einstellungen und Kompetenzen zu vermitteln, um die sozio-edukative und -professionelle Inklusion nicht nur verst\u00e4ndlich, sondern auch anwendbar zu gestalten. Ein wesentlicher Fokus lag hierbei auf dem Verst\u00e4ndnis der Situation und der Probleme sozio-professioneller Inklusion von jungen Gefl\u00fcchteten. Dadurch soll die Erwerbst\u00e4tigkeit von MigrantInnen und Gefl\u00fcchteten erh\u00f6ht werden, gegen Diskriminierung am Arbeitsmarkt angek\u00e4mpft und neue Besch\u00e4ftigungsm\u00f6glichkeiten geschaffen werden.<\/em><\/p>\n

In Gruppen teilten die TeilnehmerInnen ihre eigenen Erfahrungen und Strategien miteinander und kreierten dadurch einen gemeinsamen Toolkit, der spezifische Methoden f\u00fcr die Arbeit mit Gefl\u00fcchteten und MigrantInnen enth\u00e4lt. Partnerorganisationen und externe Akteure haben somit die M\u00f6glichkeit, einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber verschiedene Aktivit\u00e4ten zu erhalten, die zur sozio-professionellen Inklusion von Gefl\u00fcchteten und MigrantInnen durch erarbeiteten Ma\u00dfnahmen beitragen.<\/em><\/p>\n

Durch den Gebrauch informeller Sozialformen und interaktiver Methoden haben die TeilnehmerInnen ihre Kompetenzen und F\u00e4higkeiten zum Thema fach\u00fcbergreifend entwickeln k\u00f6nnen. Die Projektdurchf\u00fchrung fand sowohl auf Englisch, als auch auf Franz\u00f6sisch statt, was die interkulturelle Kompetenz der TeilnehmerInnen und den Austausch zwischen ihnen f\u00f6rderte.<\/em><\/p>\n

Erasmus+: il confronto per costruire il futuro<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

La citt\u00e0 di Strasburgo ha ospitato dal 13 al 22 luglio il seminario europeo \u201cActing Together\u201d inerente l\u2019inclusione socio-educativa e professionale di migranti, richiedenti asilo e rifugiati. L\u2019iniziativa ha visto coinvolti 48 partecipanti di 14 diversi stati ta cui 5 giovani italiani: Annabella Di Finizio (Napoli), Kevin Giancarlo Rossaro (Rovereto, TN), Beatrice Bizzotto, Elisa Gastardello (Ros\u00e0, VI) e Maria Dissegna (Romano d\u2019Ezzelino, VI) , i quali hanno avuto l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di intrattenere un proficuo dialogo riguardo alcune delle tematiche europee pi\u00f9 attuali.<\/em><\/p>\n

Il seminario proponeva attivit\u00e0 di educazione non formale in inglese e francese, come workshops, testimonianze e lavori di gruppo con l\u2019obbiettivo di sensibilizzare i giovani sulle diverse politiche europee concernenti l\u2019immigrazione, nonch\u00e9 diffondere buone pratiche rivolte a migliorare le condizioni di migranti, richiedenti asilo e rifugiati sul suolo europeo. L\u2019organizzazione ospitante, AMSED, ha sostenuto l\u2019iniziativa promuovendo la realizzazione di un pacchetto educativo funzionale per tutti gli stati e l\u2019elaborazione di nuovi progetti europei da implementare in futuro.<\/em><\/p>\n

I nostri ragazzi, perci\u00f2, portano a casa un prodotto concreto capace di\u00a0 migliorare la cooperazione sociale, confermando ancora una volta quanto il confronto multiculturale sia un elemento fondamentale per formare i cittadini di domani.<\/em><\/p>\n
