“Meeting of Youth and Diversity”, 17 – 22 November 2014, Strasbourg

This meeting will gather youth and several organizations from different districts of Strasbourg, to share new opportunities and experiences on youth mobility.  The meeting aims to create a space for the valorisation of youth initiatives and for the creative, young talents from Strasbourg and beyond, to express artistically.

One of the highlights of this week will be Saturday, November 22nd from 14:30 to 21:30, at FEC (Foyer de l’Étudiant Catholique) in Strasbourg, where the following activities will take place: a living library discussing the hate speech, a village of associations, presentations by youth that participated in European and international mobility projects (international solidarity work camps, youth exchanges, training courses, etc.), workshop discussions concerning girls’ access to education in Burkina Faso, a support stand that can assist youth projects and their associations in structuring projects and identifying funding opportunities, and finally a joyful evening with snacks, music and dances from all over the world – an entertaining occasion for young people to express artistically.

This event is a great opportunity to meet and interact with young people that are participating and are involved in international solidarity work camps, as well as youth exchanges and training courses within the Erasmus+ programme. Our partners from Lithuania and Burkina Faso will also attend this meeting.
