In an online meeting, Factor Social initiated, with its partners, the Beyond NEET (D) s Project. This project aims to create an integrated Guidance and support system for vocational education pathways for NEET young people (who are not working, in training or in the education system) who are disadvantaged.
The main objective of this project is to provide open, empowering and low-threshold opportunities that are centered on the individual, their needs and socioeconomic situation in order to gain not only access to VET offers and the labour market, but even more to gain the necessary confidence and motivation as well as to define and implement a plan. A Gamified Online Platform for Individual Support will be created to facilitate the work of the VET professionals with these NEET’s.
